So today I am going to be reviewing some products from Clean Addiction. You can visit their website here.A little background of the company:
Clean Addiction is Australian owned and based. The shop has a range of clean beauty brands from all around the world. Perfect for people who are conscious about what they put into their own body/skin.
This time I am going to be reviewing:
- MYROO BODY POLISH
- MYROO OM OIL
- BASALT BLOOD ORANGE LIP BALM
Let's start of with the Myroo Body Polish
This is my favourite of them all. Talk about luxurious self-care at the comfort of your own home! This is a salt scrub that is very good for treating dry skin containing safflower and calendula extract. The smell is amazing, even hubby asked me what's the very good smell after I bathe haha.
Make sure you scrub on damp skin and rinse. You will then have soft smooth and very good smelling skin afterwards. There is no need to put lotion at all. I give this one five stars and will definitely be coming back for more!
This is made from plant-based ingredients. Totally organic and cruelty-free which means they don't test on animals which is a really big thing for me.
Okay then let's have a look at their body oil:
This is a post-exercise bath, body and massage oil. This is really perfect as I just started exercising again. Yay! But I don't use this during the day directly into my skin as it gets too oily. So what I do is that I mix it in my bath after exercising and boy it feels good or massage it into my skin while showering so I don't end up too oily.
When my muscles are too sore, I do massage it directly into my skin but at night before bed. Again, not during the day because it's just too oily but the smell is so good and it is very soothing so I give this 4 stars only because it gets too oily/sticky. Other than that, it's PERFECT!
Now, last but not the least. The Basalt Blood Orange Lip Balm!
I love the packaging, I love the smell, it is very moisturising for the lips. Although, I have to admit I did thought it has a little bit tint in it because of its name "Blood Orange" there isn't but it didn't bother me at all. It stays with me wherever I go, I don't think I can live without it. The only thing is that I thought it would be a pointed nozzle but it is more of like an ointment type, I think it would be so much easier if it's a pointed nozzle than squeezing it into your finger and dabbing into your lips.
And that's about it! When you get a chance to try all of these don't forget to let me know what your thoughts are!
