Free delivery for orders above $100.
Orders below $100 will incur a $10 delivery fee sent by standard Australia Post.
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 2-7 working days depending on what state and/or territory you live in.
Please refer to the AUSTRALIA POST website for more accurate delivery times depending on your location.
Express Post orders not within the Australia Post network will still be packed as soon as possible however next day delivery is not guaranteed.
If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, we will notify you within 3 business days of your order being placed.
Clean Addiction cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided. For any deliveries that are returned we will contact you and it will incur additional postage fees to be resent.

Clean Addiction will immediately replace or refund any broken, damaged or faulty items. We will require that you email us a photo of any faulty merchandise. Please email us at the Contact Us page on www.cleanaddiction.com.au within 5 days of receipt of the item to discuss the return.
If you change your mind with your purchase we will offer an exchange or refund. Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. All products must be returned to us within 5 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition. A non-saleable condition is an item that is opened, not in original packaging, used or with the seal broken.
Please email us via the Contact Us page to notify us of your intention to return a product. To assist us in processing your order as soon as possible, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Item code (if you ordered more than one product)
- Reason for return
Except in cases of damage or faulty goods, return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. If the item you are returning is valued at over $50 we highly recommend using a service which includes tracking or insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our address.
Please allow 5 working days for the processing of your return once it has been received in our office. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed in the same manner as payment, or you can opt to receive a gift certificate. Please note, some banks can take up to 10 days to process a refund.
Please take note the following care instructions to ensure the longevity of the products purchased from Clean Addiction. We suggest placing your purchased items in a cool and dry environment that is out of reach of children. Many items are delicate and must be handled carefully. All of the products purchased from this website should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, precautions and guidelines. Clean Addiction cannot assume responsibility for any, damage, reactions, irritations loss or injury arising from their use.
We don’t offer a warranty period for any of our products. We encourage you to follow all product care guidelines listed on this website, in the product description, or that accompany your product, and to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the long-life and quality of your items.
Clean Addiction uses social media channels to update our customers about our brand, our products, and our promotions and we encourage participation on these platforms. If you do join us on social media, please be aware that we have specific standards of conduct and behaviour.
If you are re-posting an image please tag us and credit the image to Clean Addiction. We may refuse access to our social media for any person that repeatedly misuses our images.

All prices are in Australian dollars. We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We will ship the order once we have received payment in full.
Please check your order before finalising the checkout, because once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to accept cancellations. Lots of love and care goes into packaging orders for shipment, and each item is inspected thoroughly before it’s sent.
